When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was placed. (Sometimes the internet Gremlins will send it to the Spam folder.)
You may log onto “My Account” and follow your order through all the stages of processing.
Once your order has been processed and sent to the Flying Monkeys for delivery, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
Occasionally, there are problems with orders that will cause a delay in shipping. In such cases, our customer service teams will contact you immediately either by email or phone. Limited product availability, pricing discrepancy/errors, credit card verification, and export restrictions are all reasons that your order might be delayed.
