Order Processing

Due to the nature of internet commerce and to protect customers from fraud, we may not be able to accept certain orders and may have no other option but to cancel them.  Webyshops.com and all of its niche sites reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to refuse and cancel any order for any reason at any time.  There are various situations when this may occur, but it is always our intent to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.  Some of the reasons for cancellations may be, but are not limited to, due to potential fraud or credit related issues, manufacturers’ notices of product recalls or general quality concerns, limitations on quantities, discrepancies or errors in product or pricing information, non availability of chosen shipping service to a desired destination and many others.  In all these situations, we will make our best effort to reach out to you, our customer, and notify you of all possible options and actions taken.  You will not be charged for the product or service until your payment method is authorized, fraud verification completed, order verified for accuracy and your order is ready for shipment.  Depending on your bank that issues your debit or credit card, some funds may be “frozen” on your account during the period of authorization.  This means your bank is holding these funds on your behalf until the transaction is fully authorized.  If it is not authorized during a set amount of time (such as product has shipped and we completed order processing), the money will be released back to your account and you will not incur any fees from your financial institution.  In order to protect you from potential fraud, we may require additional verification or information before we process the order.  Failure to cooperate in this process may result in the order being cancelled.  If we cancel your order after your credit card has been charged, we will process a credit to your credit card in the amount of the transaction.  If you need to cancel an order – see more detailed explanation of our policies at Customer Service.

Prices, Descriptions and other Content

Webyshops.com and all its niche sites are committed to maintaining the most accurate and detailed information about its products, services and prices.  But even with the best effort, human errors may occur, resulting in potential mistakes in pricing, descriptions, images and other content not matching the product being advertized or displayed.  We cannot confirm the price of a product your purchase until after you place your order.  We reserve a full right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for an item that is listed with an incorrect price, description or picture due to an error in pricing or presentation.  We also, reserve a full right, at our sole discretion, to either fulfill the order as is or provide you with a reasonable substitution.  In either case, a member of our customer service team may contact you with relevant details.  While Webyshops.com and all its niche sites strive to provide accurate information and presentation of all their products, they do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content on These Sites are accurate, complete, reliable or error free.  Most of the information is supplied to us by our vendors and we simply follow their instructions in regards to their products.  If you receive a product that does not match the image or description on the site, please contact our Customer Service team and return the product unused to us.  See instructions on how to return a product in our Customer Service section.

Price matching

Webyshops.com and all its niche sites strive to bring our customers the best values on the internet.  We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and conduct periodic reviews of our product offering and its values.  We, therefore, reserve a right at our sole discretion, to price match with other online and offline stores.  A more detailed process for price matching request can be found in our Customer Service section.

Objectionable Content:

Webyshops.com and all its niche sites strive to maintain the sites in such a way, that they are appealing to the widest possible group of customers.  However, we also strive to make sure that the Content of our sites is professional.  Due to the nature of some of the products, you may find some of the content to be offensive, indecent, non-congruent with your values or simply objectionable, and it may or may not be identified as such.  As a person visiting our Sites, you agree to browse and purchase products on our Sites at your own risk and that we have no liability to you for any Content for any reason whatsoever.

Export Policy & Restrictions
